Notes
Today I am sharing my favorite version of Maggi. The recipe of veg masala Maggi is quick and it’s really tasty. I haven’t added much of the veggies but you can add as much as you want. Mushroom, carrot, capsicum, and bell peppers can be added too.
It’s very rare to add potatoes in the Maggi but it’s worth trying. In this recipe, I have added potatoes with onion and tomatoes and the taste was very yummy. All the veggies are well sautéed in a pan with the flavored spices which imparts a unique taste to the further added noodles.
This veg masala Maggi recipe can also be prepared on occasions like a small kitty party, a small gathering of friends, on-demand of children when they come back from school, or as a solution for late-night hunger.
If you are bored of eating the regular Maggi, do give it a try!
