Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan.
After the oil is heated, add cumin seeds/jeera and black mustard seeds/rai to it.
Soon after that, add onions to it and saute it until it turns golden.
Then add green chili and tomato and stir it for a minute.
When tomato start becoming soft add salt, red chili, powder turmeric powder and coriancer powder.
Add 2 tbsp water and sambhar masala. Stir it well.
Further add 1 cup water and and put maggi noodles dipping it properly in water.
When the water is almost soaked add Maggi tastemaker and mix it well.
Serve the Maggi noodles hot!
